ELMAE Skincare currently delivers orders across serviceable locations in India.

1. Order Processing:

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after successful order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Time:

After dispatch, orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location, courier availability and other logistical factors. Delivery to remote or certain serviceable locations may take longer.

3. Shipping Charges:

A shipping charge of ₹69 per order applies to orders below ₹799.

Free shipping is available on orders of ₹799 or above.

The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before payment.

4. Shipping Partner:

Orders may be shipped through third-party courier partners facilitated through Shiprocket. The courier partner may vary depending on the delivery location and service availability.

5. Tracking:

Once an order has been dispatched and tracking information becomes available, customers may receive tracking details through the contact information provided while placing the order.

6. Delivery Delays:

Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, natural events or incorrect/incomplete delivery information.

7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery:

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number. If an order cannot be delivered because of incorrect or incomplete information, repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the shipment, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
