Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with ELMAE Skincare. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide quality products. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below.

1. Returns

We accept returns of unopened products within 15 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• To complete your return, we require a receipt, order confirmation, or other proof of purchase.

Note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns once a skincare product has been opened or used, except where the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise eligible for a remedy under applicable law.

1. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your eligible return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be initiated within 7 business days.

• Refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

• Your bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment service provider may take additional time to reflect the refunded amount in your account.

1. Exchanges

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer support as soon as possible.

1. Shipping Returns

For a discretionary return of a correctly supplied unopened product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are generally non-refundable.

If a product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied by ELMAE Skincare, we will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.

1. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

An order may be cancelled if it has not yet been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the applicable return conditions will apply.

1. Force Majeure / Exceptional Circumstances

We are not liable for delays in processing returns, replacements, or refunds caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, transport disruptions, banking disruptions, or payment-system issues.

This Refund and Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including applicable consumer protection laws.

Subject to applicable consumer rights, disputes arising under or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
